My main research interests lie on the intersection between technological developments, security practices, and societal change. In 2024/2025 I work at PRIO on different projects on emerging security technologies (including RegulAIR, TRANSCEND and CENTREPEACE), and I am associate researcher at the Institute of National Defence (IDN) in Lisbon.

I am also an associate editor of Security Dialogue, and co-leader of PRIO's Security & Technology Research Group.
